1. Tell the Team About Your Expectations

This is really important. While working remotely, your team members will need more direction from you. Hence, you should do whatever it takes to communicate with them efficiently. Praising the team when they perform well is essential. This will allow them to become much more dedicated. In addition, this will boost their motivation levels.
